i think its bout time i made a start on the rebuild of the green baby:D it realy only a strip down of the suspension get it power coated then build it up, have most of the bits to rebuild but still need sum bits like the water hose,s and the remote servo,and a few wee bits and bobs, so here is a few pics of the car so far hope you all like;)

aye the lift has made life a wee bit easier 4 me, think old age is creep,n in lol:eek: :p , na no new RS,s on the line at the min and i gave the wee kaddett a bye the biggest prob with the opel is finding parts for them:( :( so i will keep my eyes open from sumthing else in the mean time:D :D ;) ;)

i`m sure i used to see this car around bangor,north wales in the early 80s.i think it used to be parked up by the fire station and bus depot.the car and plate(north wales) ring a bell.there was another RS1600 at the time with a 2.1 pinto in it and my dads mate had a diamond white mk1 rs2000 that was GEY###N.
