how many new cars will be done this summer

Mine is not a new one out next summer but it will be different from last year , with more power and slightly cleaner and hopefully it will be up and running for the central groups regional day at santa pod in april

Hoping to finish OHK 'sometime this year', the only trouble is I bought yet another(!) Mexico (and that makes three!), and have started on that too!

BAY 150T will be about again this year, especially after thinking about selling then changing my mind (lots of times)!

OHK 700P is a long termer, and I don't know what it will look like when finished (still long for an RS1800, but even if I sell all 7 cars there is not enough budget!), maybe a replica 1800 with a zetec. Thats swearing now!

The 'new' project Mex is SLE 6R, Venetian Red, and currently being painted before everything is going to be refitted during spring (and summer plus autumn no doubt), so possibly will be ready for National day! No promises though!

The 2 Mk1's I have will probably be for sale next year to fund all the Mk2's that need bits doing, so if anyone fancies a genuine 60k two owner N reg 1300E (in Miami blue, not purple!), or a 1969 1300GT in Blue Mink freshly restored with 1600 Ghia running gear, 1/4 bumpers, flared wings and 140k/8k dials (very nice car), let me know and I'll e-mail pics and the sort of prices I'm after.

XNU is currently having the windscreen pillars restored (lots of crud under the vinyl) and I may run around in her for a bit in the summer.

Can't say if I'll turn up at any events in the summer as I work away most of the time, but I'll do my very best to turn up with jalopy in hand at National Day!!

Remember a van from the late 80's at National day (When it was held at Stanford Hall) It had a Nose cone and all the RS bits on. Was Red and didn't look too bad to me. But, Still not my thing.

yeah, obviously i have the white one now i can use it almost straight away (unless i want to get things top notch first), which leaves me with the problem of deciding whether to run it this year or my Rs16i, or both.
I had some fun last year on the "Rsi on tour 2004" and i think the boys are looking to go to Holland as well this year, so its a toughie - the kids reckon i should take one and the missus take the other to shows

PC has been dead, back on now.

OK 2.0 Injection pinto out of a Granada. Running standard EEC iv injection with airflow meter adjusted and fuel pressure increased.
Standard CR 9.1:1 for now and a 2wd Garrett T3 on a custom manifold.
Rover 420 diesel intercooler, but i have a 2wd cossie one to go on.
Once everything is running right i'm reducing the CR down to 8.1:1 buy using a laser cut decompression plate and 2 head gaskets. This is only a temp measure until i get forged pistons fitted. Then its on with a Megasquirt n Spark ecu and up goes the boost.
Looking for 280 bhp with the forged pistons in, no need to go mad its a light car.
