hopefully this will help,

if you have some spare time, you could go out and buy a thing called a camera.

basically, it is a small invention that captures images of things, quite clever actually, you simply point it at something, press a button or so, and it saves the images.

you can get them in most large electrical stores and also some specialist shops

modern ones are digital, and look like this (note, its next to a match box to give an idea of size - the matchbox is on the right;) )

interior out tonight, binned the vauxhall recoro's so need a set to replace them, found a few holes on the floor but overall its quite solid, you can see where the x kit was fitted too, found the ford sticker inder the carpet too, a few pics, oh yeah taff broke my safety sun roof, twet !!!!!!!!

Spent 3 1/2 hours last night scrapping all the crap from the under side not been welded, only where the new gear box mounts are so it aint too bad will try and get some photos up at a later day. Back at it again tonight (trust Taff to be away when this job needs doing )

got the new floor and tank well panels today welding start at the end of nov hope to have all the welding done by christmas and then paint over the christmas stand down

seeing you're going the whole hog now, are you going to change the front arches where they come up to the nose cone - have never seen them like yours before, apart from a certain french press car that some one used to own ;)

it wouldnt take a lot to do to mould the fibreglass nose pieces - just thinking out loud

stripped the engine bay of paint today, some more to strip on sunday, you can see the holes that need sorting on the tops of the wings where they meet the bulkhead, and the hole at the center where the heater bubble has rusted through, got the welder making some bits on monday (hopefully) so these will disapear soon, as you can see the engine bay is in very good condition, more paint stripper on sunday, maybe i'll see andy in the garage too one day:rolleyes:

this is Leon, our welder at work, he's been forced by andy to work on his car, just out of shot is andy with a big gun, anyway if you look at the wing top he has been a busy boy, andy just called me says he has the heater bubble off and one of the strut tops for inspection, pics on sunday, one hole down, many more to go ........................

2-lack of a welder to do the work req'd (sort this out)
3-lack of painter to paint it white (or beige)
4-the new wheels are ready and come with car(see pic)

i told him to do it this colour, gave him my petrol cap for a guide, may as well as i'll be buying it soon when andy has another down moment, saves cash in the long run, plus who else would buy it after getting that paint job, i'll get a good price;)
