Optically nice, but takes up so much space! After the Google search box I have 1" unused screen space. I'm running a 19" monitor, but only get to see a couple of lines of actual posts after all of the title gubbins has stolen half the screen!

Dave, just a humble couple of suggestions taken from another BB:

The siggie pics are a lot smaller and are more comparable to the size of the Avatar area on this board.

The posted pics have a size (both dimensions and bits) limit.

Looking at siggie pics tires after a while and all the result is, is that I need 4" of screen height when someone posts "I agree!". PS I'm as guilty as anyone, of course! Maybe have a "Readers' Cars" (LOL) section on the MkII Page and not on the BB?

Use the MkII BB from a Hotel telephone connection and you'll know what I mean!

the sig pictures need to be under 200 pixels high as some are taking up loads of screen space

and yes the grey BG now loses a 1/5 more screen, now more scrolling, I too am on 19" monitors at 1280x1024 resolution

I am trying to get the header box reduced in size.

Mainly update is software as to tighten security.

No longer are generic e-mails allowed when registering
e.g. - Hotmail and Yahoo

I am looking into "capping" signature kb size as well

btw - I lost the lot at about 01:15am last night but sorted it at 01:40am - lol lol lol lol lol :clown:

Good job I had a back up :geek:

I did see the lost forum at that time too, thought it had been hacked like teh RSOC , i was playing Call of Duty until 2:30
