Been viewing Mark, think I may be a bit optimistic on the RS price so I am gonna reduce the ad' prices , £12,500 seems reasonable.

Paul, serious question....... If you (as the RSOC registar) have valued it @ "£16k +", but you've sold it for £12.5k....... does that mean all your other valuations are 22% out ????:confused: :confused:
