Looks like NASA used it before Ford .........Ford maybe picked up a cheap batch from them , but how come the Sunlight wrecks the back seat . I am very confused now.

That explains the price of Beta Cloth then! Maybe it's so intollerent to sunlight as you don't get any sunlight on the moon so they didn't build in an anti U.V. agent.

put your own one in.... there is a sray you can get to go on the windows and its clear it will reflect the sun and stop the uv s coming into the car and blistering the seats...........any good to ya

Astrounauts mustn't have ventured round that side, Probably for fear that their space suits would disintegrate and go all threadbare at the mere sight of it. I'd hate to think how bad Alpha cloth would be

If you saw my shell you'd realise that threadbare seats are the least of my worries!!!
