Southern Convoy Timings

just knocked up this list of timings, some changes from last year, missing out the last stop near the heaves, try to be on time or your car will be crushed with you in it after your center console and bulkhead pad have been removed,

1- leaving chievley services (m4 j13) at 8am sharp, next stop warwick services (63mile)

2- leaving warwick services (m40 after j12) at 0930 sharp, so fuel up if you need too, next stop sanbach (90 mile)

3-leaving sanbach services (m6 afterj16) at 1215-1230, depending on the other convoy turning up, time for some food too (66 mile)

4-leaving lancaster services (m6 just before j33) at1415 pm , this is the last stop to the heaves which is 25 mile away,

5- arrive the heaves hotel at about 1500hrs


for the south west and wales boys i'd say meet at strensham services (m5 j9) at 0930 sharp and travel up to sandbach by 1130 to meet us, this leg is about 90 miles,

rules.............

1- try to be punctual
2- be patient
3- be flexible
4- have enough fuel for the next leg
5- take pics
6- have fun
7- take the **** out of the trailer boys

speed approx 60 miles an hour

don't forget if you need fuel go and get it as soon as we arrive then either wait til we swing past the fuel station and tag on, or reverse back up to the parking area after your fill up
