Impossible to say without knowing any mods to engine running gear and interior.

Going by Ebay road going Harriers are creeping into the 5K bracket.

If you start to pay much more for one you're getting close to the Mex bracket and if given the choice?

Good Harriers are already in amongst the Mex and RS2 prices , hard to value from pics as most have said but if its very clean its a £7k car all day long. Think I will get one next when I sell the red un.
