Was stood in Exeter City Centre today with a work mate, outside work, having a smoke. Put the dog end down the drain thinking that I was being responsible and not littering the streets (no bins near by)

Only to be jumped on by a " F#CKING COUNCIL JOBS WORTH" who smacked a £75 fine on each of us!

Its cheaper to drive my car past a primary school at 50 mph than it is to put a dog end down the drain.
