A quiet day in sunny GLASGOW

well thats ders car finally on the road a wee tune up and change of brake calipers filled up the tank and two very chuffed old RS'ers set about the streets of glasgow today.that car is f$$king magic a bit of sideways well 15 degrees actually round some corners and all the cobwebs were gone.we returned to be quizzed by a gentleman who apparently own a genuine one owner rs 1979 on a v with 40'000 miles,never painted .he was after a brake master cylinder and told us we could go to see his car at the weekend.what a day :cheers:

Agree with you big J, it was a top day. Thanks for the help, use of the ramp etc. Still smiling after my blast in the RS. I went home, drove up the driveway then reversed back out and went for another blast up the back roads. Had the arse end out on a wide junction to the delight of 2 wee neds. Great fun! then back home and out with the camera.
