Hi All,

Thought you may be interested that RVF will be making a special appearance on the Burton Power stand at the Autosport show in Birmingham this week. Although it's not finished, it gives you a fair idea of how the car will look when completed.
Besides myself, there will also be another familiar face from the forum on the stand (will let you find out who when you turn up). We look forward to seeing all members who make it - Stand 7250, Hall 7

Cheers

Andy

Was a lovely looking RS.

We changed the manifold Thursday evening after Dave (Retroford) brought the manifold to the show. Looks a lot better than the Ashley previously fitted.

There was an usual number of people over the weekend who were amazed by the condition of the interior - I think they thought all Escorts left the factory with saggy seats and foam showing though holes.

Even weirder was the amount of people who had to touch (and sometimes stroke!) the vinyl roof. There must be a generation or two out there who have never seen a vinyl roof before.

Anyway, she's back in the lockup and already stripped out for further work.
