So i left in the morning in the vain hope it could be there........ what a bloody waste of time. No disrespect to all the Capri owners, the things were everywhere. everywhere i turned there was another one. And then i saw it................ a Escort........... a rs escort.......1600i that was it, ONE rs.. nothing else but.. you guessed it....... Capri.s !!!! still nothing lost and all that. So back at home considering what next... i know another look on ebay... you never know.

It was the very poorly promoted Ford show held at Shakespeare Speedway nr Stratford upon Avon

I only heard about it on Friday night as I was on the way to the Trackrod rally

What ford show... exactly, what i forgot to mention was, that there was more Japanese things in the next hall, than there was Escorts !!!!!!!!., still, back to the drawing board. ian.

Drove up from Swansea two and a half hours, spent half an hour there drove home another two and a half hours. What a waste of time and 16 quid for me and the missus to get in.

Rs's there - the was 1 rs1600i & 2 rs turbo's

Mine was there - on show form 8am untill 3 pm - it was the one with all the wheels off and loads of mirrors out around it.

Was bigger and better than last year - and it least it was indoors,so we did'nt get wet............ - unlike the guy's at "fordsport" show (ha-ha).
