one of the reason I did this was to enable people who wish to nominate someone not having to find a copier or cut up RN.

I think everyone who can vote / nominate should fill one in and post it.

Taff, the form for nominating someone needs to be filled in by someone then signed by me accepting the nomination to go for that role, basically that is my application to become considered for the registrars role.

What you need to do is get there on the day and put your hand in the air or send in your proxy vote form to the company office giving your proxy vote to someone who will be ther to put their hand up.

I have asked Emma if a scan of a form can be submitted, this may help you out Paul.

just had a confirmation that a emailed scan of the completed form can be accepted.

bit puzzled by all this reading the above pdf it would seem what is in rallye news and above is a "nomination" form

so am I right in thinking there only need be one of these for each nominee ?

and therefore just guarantee's the person on the "nomination" form to be standing

so if we all send one of these in it just means nominee "X" ;) has loads of nominations, not ACTUAL VOTES

and what I and probably countless others needs is a "vote by proxy" form

where do I find one of these ?????????????????????????

as I wont be able to attend the AGM

does this make sense, if I'm talking drivel please put me right :p

Cheers Glyn

Glyn, my understanding is that you are correct, only one of these forms needs to be sent in eg , MR 'X' nominates Paul Ruddy for MK2 reggie , I then sign it stating I want to stand for that position and thats it, I am in the draw so to speak.

Details of the proxy vote system are also in the current Rallye News , bottom right corner of page 44, you have to name your proxy and send it to the registered office.

Haven't got RN yet Paul (when will it arrive ... ?).
Is there a proxy form or do I write something on a piece of paper?

its all in the attached PDF, I have been told that proxy votes only come in to play when there is a hung vote from the floor on the day of the AGM
