has anybody ever used this to get their car done? im thinking of doing my van this way....i know its more expensive but no warping of panels & the soda washs off the car body....plus the good bit it doesnt cause the car to rust due to whatever chemical reaction happens....the only minus is it doesnt remove rust but would you care when it woulkd have to be removed anyway :D

sounds idealat least after this treatment you can see where the rust is and chop it out, not like when there are bloody great holes where bit or the bodywork used to be, you've also got a "clean" shell, not grit and other crap to clean out of the shell before prepping; sounds a good process.

A bit off topic but someones experience of Soda Blasting.

I would guess if it's ok for an aircraft skin it's going to be ok for a car.
