who's idea is it to arrange all of these events to clash with one another?? i am sure if everybody got their heads together, they could sort it out so there is a summer full of shows to attend, not have them all on one blinking day.

All the day is about is getting as many MKII's on 1 field at the same time.

Phil will obviously be selling memberships on the day - lol

Myself & Spence would have been there with XPT & WOH, but it clashes with the R.S.O.C. South Yorkshire Regional Day @ Castle Park, Doncaster :banghead: - so we will be buftying XPT there instead.

Sadly I will miss this year due to my engine being out of the bay.

I went for the first time last year and it was fantastic to see all those mk2's together at the same time.

I tried to get my car completed to go to this show again but will have to wait till next year now.

Gaz, When I last spoke to Phil Teear, he mentioned that there was camping for the organisers (of which I am now one as I have volountered for Dave O'Neill's old job of Technical Adviser) but that the people who owned the venue were not keen to have any more than that camping. Phil did say he was going to try and find somewhere else to camp but I don't know if anything came of it. I'll call him today and find out.
