On the 24th March, a little old lady won my little old 106 on the bay. She was buying it for her friend. I contacted her and she sent me a cheque. She lives in Wellingborough, nr the pod. She was buying it for a friend who lives in Olney. She said she couldn,t get over for a week with her friend. I told her i would call her out of courtesy in the week to let her know the cheque had cleared. It did. The following Friday she finallly turned up with her friend, i showed them round the car, run it up etc etc and they remarked what a cracking little car it was. She did comment that it was noisy, i said, you know its a diesel dont you. She said yes. She then said she wanted to bring her daughter around on the Saturday to have a look. I said no probs, i wont be here, however your more than welcome to a nose about. Please call me on Monday to let me know when you are coming over to pick it up. Thats was the first week in April...... you know whats coming next.... HAVEN,T heard from either of them since. NOT a phone call, email, nothing. The car is currently now SORN, cleaned sitting here, ive started it weekly and its as per... WHAT should i do ??????????????????/

Kel, i havent got her address, i can only assume, her friend has changed her mind ??? and the buyer knows she cant back out, simply because the car is as per, ive no reason to leave neg feedback as its bought and paid for, however, possession is nine tenths of the law, now what other bits do i need:D

Yep hit em with a recorded "storage" letter

You are legally allowed to charge storage only AFTER notifying them of their liability

Accepted legal amount for storage is £15.00 per calendar day + vat
Also a reasonable admin fee is acceptible

Simply run up their bill till it reaches the amount they have already paid you

Then sell car to your mate
