just started on my house yesterday, site was cleared & this morning the foundations are being dug & pouring the concrete tomorrow :D ...its been a long time coming....new garage will be arriving hopefully before the end of year :confused: :(

stress aint the word man....its getting the money that has caused me alot of stress so far....but now there so am happy......

garage is going to be more than a double.....will be able to fit 9 cars into it...45ft x 30ft :D

will get some pics up next week....

ive had it handy as i designed the house & am getting all the certs etc for free plus i didnt cost me anything to get the job done...id say it would have cost €8k or lower to get the whole job done from an architect....:D
