Nope I not got one, and I am the Chairman !!
Flyer doing the rounds is wrong anyway, the rule regarding 40 members to call a special meeting changed when the club became a ltd company, it now falls under the companys act. As such it takes 1/10th of the company to call an 'Extraordinary' meeting , by membership figures I have been quoted that would need 450 members to ask for a meeting.

it is only going to contacts that are comittee of local groups I believe.
yeah I'm on the Kent Committee and I would doubt if you would get an answer from the contact details supplied in RN... if you know what I mean;)
Arron is on the Kent Committee too.
