how easy is it to find ?

looking into getting a mk2 mex for a resto project as my own mk1 mex will happily not need to much for a good few years.

And was wondering what sort of price i should be looking at paying for one that needs restoring and how hard are they to find.

Vinny , MK2 Mex project , join the q' behind me. When you consider 10 RS2's were sold for every Mex , then they stopped making the Mex 2 years before they stopped the RS2 the figures add up to not many Mexicos around. As with all RS's the price depends on what you are getting and what needs doing. A 'saveable' car and I'm sure we know the difference between that and a breaker must be worth 1k upwards.

I bought this Mex for £300 a few years ago in this state, after looking at it in the garage for a few months I sold it to Ian Harwood , any one know of its whereabouts ?
