Only oroblem is the bloody front caliper just catches, so will probably have to space it out or grind the caliper down a little!
I will get there in the end.

Got RS turbo calipers up front and cossie 2wd at rear. They just catch, so will have to sort it out. Do not want to go any bigger than 13", as want the car to be as standard looking as possible.......but with 270bhp!!!

I got them from performance wheels (in Classic Ford). Cost me £408 including the wheels, tyres, nuts, caps and delivery. Very reasonable I thought.

Hopefully a bit of both.
(Mind you, have been given the green light to get an escort cossie if I want, but wil see. Do not know if I want to sell mine and then pay another 6 grand on top. Probably end up keeping the Mk2, as is rather rapid.)

Thanks for all the comments guys.
Just in the process of Poly bushing the front end, then going to get a few other things done, hopefully will be finshed in the next month or so.
However I do not expect to compete with someone like Gaz W or Dave for otiginality and cleanliness! LOL

Dave for originality

Dont worry Lee - mine is far from original !!
I even think I used the wrong type of washer somewhere when rebuilding it (sarcastic comment intended) I am sure The Gimp(s) will love to tell me so when I enter SKC in "Show "N" Thrash"
All I ever reply with is this "lets take a look at your MKII RS2000 CUSTOM and see how good that is"
Prepare / rebuild / clean your car how you want to do it and enjoy it - I know I do :geek:

I was only commenting on how good your car looks compared to mine. That is a great rebuild But I can not believe you used a different washer!!!!!LOL :clown:
As for enjoying the car, I will be very soon. (probably about 2 mins before I stick it in a hedge or something stupid like that).
