Can these pads be repaired properly?

I've got a few cracks in mine and would love to improve it.

Any ideas?

Thats exactly what im trying to do with mine Dermot, I've stripped the foam backing off and layed glassfibre mat over the back of the cracks and a skim of filler over the front. I've got a tin of plastics primer, some flexible black paint for bumpers from a paint suppliers and some of that sound deadening stuff that the boys with big ICE systems use to replace the old sponge backing.

However my bulkhead pad has large chunks missing out of it so im trying to mould these bits into shape with glassfibre matting from memory.. wish me luck :geek:
