Evening all :) Had my agreed valuation back today. I sent off the form with a load of photos last week, on the form it asks you to put what you think your cars worth, so I put £6000, to my surprise, the cerificate came back £7500!!
Is this what their "experts" reckon its really worth? Well chuffed it it is :D
Any of you had better valuations than what you thought your motor was worth?

No dave not the RSOC, I havent joined yet, will do in the new year. It was with a classic insurance Lancaster (they are cheap too £130 something fully comp 3000 miles a year, and thats with zero no claims as its a new policy) Mind you dont know what they are like though if ever there was to be a claim!

that sounds even better, good deal there.:D

shouldnt be a problem if you have to claim, its all agreed

my brother had his valued at £5500 , not by the ins company ... :)

nearly cost him that for a full resto + paint

nice cars deserve a good valuation ;)

As its a classic policy I dont believe that no-claims is required or rewarded.

( i'm with lancaster too - but my fez was quite a bit more than £130 :( )

I tried lancaster tor my Mk2 Transit as well , but they cam back with a silly figure of more than the van is worth :(
