how many years
I think the last time it was on the road was in 1993.
It's had new front wings and a pair of new doors since then, it needs the engine bay, nose cone and bonnet painting and fitting back together.
I'll get around to it one day.

The next job on the RS2 is to drop the engine out and paint the engine bay, bonnet and nose cone.
I've never used plastic primer before -so wish me luck with the pointy bit
sell me the x-pack mk2 next to it :bom: :bom:

Lee is right about the shell, it is "uneconomical to repair" as they say in the trade, if I had a Car-o-liner jig it would pull straight and then get a new roof, but I can't justify the expense of paying for it to be straightened.
To add insult to injury, the harness manufacturer is hiding behind the FIA guidelines - so I can't even get a refund on the harness that came undone and contributed to the accident.
Tossers.
So simple solution, Buy yourself a Car-o-liner jig Rob!! :geek: :geek: :geek: :geek:
