Ive shut the door on the car. My phone is in the car. The car has NO exterior door handles on it. How do i open the car ?????. SERIOUS REQUEST.

Panic over chaps :D .The old wire coat hanger, down between the frame and glass, small loop over the connecting rod, little pull backwards....jobs a good-un.:D :eek:

Was gonna suggest a nine inch angle grinder, cut a 12" square hole in the door to give yourself access to the mechanism :wink2:

You could have gone in throught the roof as well I suppose......

...... or why not just strip the whole car down bit by bit till you're in and have got the phone - while at that stage you may as well give it a complete bare metal respray and do the old thing up proper, once and for all - hey, you could even show us how its coming on each week with a thread on the 'resto' page
