The car goes in on saturday to have the engine bay painted , get it back a week later ,then can start putting it back together and be out in it again ....cant bloody wait :flower:

blimey gaz! i think you're well on the way to bufty standard mate. you have your mk2 for about a month and the engine / gearbox / x-member have already been out!! you must have some decent facilities at your disposal.

The engine bay is/was letting the rest of the car down it was a little shabby in there and you know how it is ,its allways niggling at you everytime you see it ...so i just had to have it painted

would love to see the car one day up to a good bufty standard , but i dont think it will ever happen
