30 yr display at Burnley RSOC Regional Day

How was the club display to celebrate the 30 years of the MKII Escort ?

As you know I couldnt make it today as it was my daughters birthday party :occasion4:

quite prepared to get stick for this but i dont see how the RSOC can get
the blame for a lack of old skool cars at the shows:confused: at the end of the day they put on the shows if the members cant be bothered going i dont see how they can then complain about a lack of cars,:( just my opinion:)

i think that most old skool guys will pick the shows they attend,me personally i would prefer the show i attended today with the old anglia,s,cortinas,capris etc to the turbo cars you would see at the rs shows

i think the problems the distance paul, puts a lot of people off the thought of travelling a couple of hundred miles to a show:( but dont think theres much the RSOC can do about it:)

quite agree with spence comments.... it was a **** poor turn out, we had 5 mk2s on the cumbria stand, would have had 2 more but one boiled up at forton services so turned back and the other was hung over from the football.....muppet.... so didnt make it.
still at least the weather was good.... splitting the flags as we northern types say.....
